The Demorest City Council is scheduled to hold its first meeting of the New Year on Tuesday. On the agenda, Council will consider adopting the Habersham County Animal Control Ordinance. Also, the mayor and council will vote on a number of appointments for the coming year.
The Demorest City Council meets January 3, 2017 at 6:30 PM at the Demorest Municipal Building on Ivie Street.
