The December 4 Demorest City Council meeting will be held at the Demorest Women’s Club.
The meeting is being moved from its regular location due Tuesday’s runoff election, according to Mayor Rick Austin. The council chambers on Ivie Street will be used as a voting precinct.
The Demorest City Council meets at 6:30 p.m. The Demorest Women’s Club is located at 1035 Central Avenue across from Piedmont College.
