Laura Elizabeth Davis of Cornelia, Georgia is to marry David Walker Cox of Toccoa, Georgia on June 13, 2015.
Laura Beth attended Gainesville State College where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. She currently works as a fourth grade teacher at Banks County Elementary School in Homer, Georgia. The Bride Elect is a 2007 graduate of Habersham Central High School.
Walker is a 2007 graduate of Stephens County High School. He is currently working in a management position for Walmart.
Laura Beth is the daughter of Gay Davis McCrillis of Cornelia, Georgia and Alan Davis of Carmel, Indiana. She is the granddaughter of the late Vella Thomas of Baldwin, Georgia and the late Rev. Richard Earnest and Virginia Hood Davis of Gainesville, Georgia.
Walker is the son of Ken Cox of Toccoa, Georgia. He is the grandson of the late Earnest Cox and Erma Mae Cox, both of Roswell, Georgia.
