Daniel “Brooks” Roseman, age 76, of Clarkesville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at his residence following an extended battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Mr. Roseman was born on June 12, 1940 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents, Laurie and Julia Roseman; son, Travis Roseman; and brother, Ronald Roseman. Mr. Roseman attended The Church of Christ. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Roseman was a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in electrical engineering. He received his master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State. Mr. Roseman was associated with Audichron, Standard Telephone, Sierra Telephone, and Gila River Telephone Company. He was very active in community service. He served in Rotary in Georgia and California. He helped start a Boys and Girls Club in California and Jr. Achievement in Georgia. He has served on numerous boards, and committees. He received many awards for his service to others. Mr. Roseman was an avid traveler, having with his wife traveled the world over.
Survivors include his childhood sweetheart of 60 years and his beloved wife of 58 years, Alice Roseman; son, Todd Roseman, of Longmont, CO; son and daughter-in-law, Shannon and RaeAnne Roseman, of Lafayette, CO; sister, Ree Spiller, of Beverly Hills, FL; grandchildren, Spike Roseman, Brian Roseman, Anthony Tracy, Zack Roseman, and Mishea Roseman.
