A Cornelia woman remains behind bars following her arrest earlier this month on multiple drug charges.

The GBI arrested Celia Savage, 34, following a joint drug investigation by the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO), Habersham County Sheriff’s Office, ATF, and GBI Special Enforcement Team.

On Friday, March 8, police executed search warrants at two homes in Cornelia related to an ongoing drug investigation, the GBI says in a press release. As a result of the investigation, police say they seized varying amounts of marijuana, fentanyl, methamphetamine, psilocybin, THC concentrates, and prescription pills (Lortab, Tramadol, Amphetamine, Clonazepam, and Oxycodone).

The estimated street value of the drugs is around $10,900. Authorities also seized 42 guns.
