Drivers are urged to use extra caution while traveling through Cornelia Saturday.
The Family Resource Center of Northeast Georgia is hosting a Pups for Prevention 5K and Fun Run beginning at 8:30 a.m. on April 22. The course will travel through the walking trail at Cornelia City Park.
A portion of Front Street and LaVista will be closed for pedestrian safety.
Avoid the area if possible but if not, please drive slowly and be prepared to detour or stop.
