Cornelia Police have recovered the uniforms stolen during a burglary last month at a local dry cleaners. They’ve also named a suspect in the case.
According to a press release on the department’s official Facebook page, warrants were issued for 26-year old David Allen Wiley, Jr. in connection with a burglary at B & C Cleaners in Cornelia on October 6. Police Chief Chad Smith says Wiley is charged with burglary and entering auto.

The release states all of the stolen Cornelia Police Department uniform shirts were recovered, as well as a uniform shirt from the Habersham County Fire Department.
Chief Smith says the investigation is ongoing and there’s no further information to release at this time.
