Cornelia’s Commission approved a preliminary site plan for a 60-unit multi-family development to be built in the city at a regular meeting Tuesday, May 6.
No residents spoke for or against the proposal during a public hearing over the item.
Tapestry Development Group will construct the units on a 20-acre parcel.
The property is zoned office professional, according to city documents, and multi-family use is permitted in the zoning district.
Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the project, which saw no opposition from the public.
