A portion of East Water Street in Clarkesville is temporarily closed due to ongoing construction on the Clarkesville Square. An advisory from the City of Clarkesville says the road will be closed between Jefferson Street and Washington Street Dec. 14th & 15th. The construction project will not affect parking.
