It was an awesome three days at the GHSA Track & Field State Championships, with our local teams and individuals shining bright.
The individual results are listed below, in order from highest classification to lowest. The highlights included a trio of individual state championships by Rabun’s Perryn Morgan (pole vault), Tallulah Falls’ Zatrick Pearce (400 M) and White County’s Jaelen Alexander (800 M). White County girls finished sixth as a team, while both Tallulah Falls and Commerce squads finished in the top ten in their classifications. Banks County boys also notched a top-ten spot (eighth).
