Cleveland man indicted in preschool boy’s death

A White County grand jury has indicted the driver charged in connection with the death of 3-year old Easton Cain.

36-year old James Lyn Holcomb was indicted on five separate charges in connection with the fatal accident, according to wrwh.com. Those charges include first degree vehicular homicide, DUI, reckless driving, no proof of insurance and driving on an expired license.

Cain died January 17th after being struck by a pickup truck driven by Holcomb in the Ingles store parking lot in Cleveland. Jurors returned the indictments against Holcomb after hearing evidence in the case Tuesday.
