A Cleveland man is out of jail on bond after being arrested on child pornography charges.
30-year-old Benjamin Robert Morgan turned himself in to authorities on October 24, according to jail records from the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office.
The GBI charged Morgan with two counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. The charges stem from an investigation by the GBI Child Exploitation And Computer Crimes unit (CEACC).
The investigation is ongoing, and the bureau says no further information about the investigation will be released at this time.
Morgan was released from jail on the same day he was arrested after posting a $16,800 bond.
