The Downtown Clarkesville Cruise-In returns this month in conjunction with the 7th Annual A taste of Clarkesville on Saturday, September 24th on the historic downtown square.
The event, typically a part of Clarkesville Main Street’s Friday Night Live series, was postponed last month due to heavy rains.
The Cruise-In will take place from Noon-3PM in the upper parking lot of the old courthouse, adjacent to the gazebo. A taste of Clarkesville, featuring over 30 local restaurants, nearby wineries and breweries, will be set on the east and west sides of the downtown square. Live entertainment will be provided on the main stage beginning at 11:30am.
There is no admission for either event, though food/beverage Taste tickets may be purchased from one of four ticket booths located on the square.
Registration for the Classic Cruise In begins at 11am. All makes and models are welcome. Prizes will be awarded at 3pm when event concludes. The event is rain or shine.
