Piedmont College marked the start of the Christmas season with caroling and a tree lighting ceremony Dec. 2 on the Quad at the campus in Demorest. Afterward, carolers gathered in the Lane Student Center for holiday activities including a visit from Santa and ornament making. The event was sponsored by the Campus Activities Board.
