It’s become a popular seasonal tradition in Habersham County and it’s back again. The semi-annual Children’s Sale starts tomorrow at the Habersham County Fairgrounds in Clarkesville. The Children’s Sale offers new and used children’s clothing, furniture, games, accessories and more at significantly reduced prices. You’ll even find maternity clothes! Basically it’s a very large indoor yard sale for and about kids.

The Fall Children’s Sale runs Friday, October 2nd from 9am-8pm and Saturday October 3rd from 9am-2pm. Will close from 12-12:30pm for lunch Saturday. After 12:30pm Saturday, many of the items will be 50% off.
The Children’s Sale event, run by Sonya Hurt, has been held every spring and fall for ten years, and has grown quite large. At the spring event there were over 315 sellers registered.

Volunteers and sellers get early access to the sale, so it is a great way to get rid of some stuff, pick up more and possibly make money in the process.
