Traffic on Level Grove Road at Old Athens Highway was interrupted for several hours Friday morning due to an overturned chicken truck. The accident happened around 3am near Forest Lane Mini Mart. The Georgia State Patrol says no one was injured.
The truck was carrying frozen chickens. Crews spent several hours cleaning up the mess. As of 7:30 a.m. they were still trying to get the truck upright so it could be towed from the scene.
