The rides are up, the vendor booths and stage are set, the rodeo’s ready, and the ribbon’s been cut. It’s time now for the fair!
The 44th annual Chattahoochee Mountain Fair opened Friday, Sept. 6, at the Habersham County Fairgrounds. It runs through Saturday, Sept. 14.
The schedule is full of events the whole family can enjoy including a rodeo, talent shows, live concerts and entertainment, vendor booths, livestock shows, a petting zoo, and demonstrations.
There will also be plenty of contests for fairgoers to show off their talents in including pumpkin painting, canning, baking, photography, and eating.
The Chattahoochee Mountain Fair is one of the largest events in Habersham County, attracting thousands of visitors to the county each year.
Fair Hours:
- Weeknights 5-10 p.m.
- Saturday 1-11 p.m.
- Sunday 1-10 p.m.
Gate admission (CASH ONLY):
- Adults $5
- Children (5-12 years) $3
- Kids 4 and under FREE
Carnival rides:
- Saturday $20 unlimited rides
- Family Night, Tuesdsay, Sept. 10, $15 unlimited rides
- All other nights $18 unlimited rides
