Charles Arthur Bradley, age 58 of Clarkesville, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019.
A lifelong native of Habersham County, Charles was born on March 10, 1961. He was the son of the late Arthur Clifford and Geneva Dixon Bradley. Charles attended The Torch and he enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, fishing, and water skiing. Charles was employed with Habersham Electric Membership Corporation with 28 years of loyal service. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his father in law and mother in law Vermon and Mildred Ivester Hallford.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years Jill Hallford Bradley of Clarkesville, sister Beverly Bradley Adams of Athens, sister and brother in law Melissa “Lisa” Bradley Irvin and Sam Irvin of Clarkesville, nieces Allison Adams of Athens, Chris Thurmond of Clarkesville and Samantha Irvin of Clarkesville, nephew Matthew Adams of Athens, several great-nieces, great-nephews and other special relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at Hillside Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating. The family will receive at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 16th from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to The American Cancer Society or to the Torch Mission – Open Door Food Pantry.
