A lot has happened under the gold dome in Atlanta during this legislative session and if you want to learn more about it, here’s your chance.
Senator John Wilkinson and Representatives Terry Rogers and Dan Gasaway will participate in a post-legislative breakfast at the Torch Worship Center in Demorest on Tuesday, April 5. They’ll recap the 2016 legislative session and answer your questions.
“These public servants have served us well in this session that dealt with challenging issues,” says Pastor Mike Franklin, Chamber chair for Governmental Affairs. “Let’s all come out and hear about their experiences and what Habersham can expect.”
The Habersham County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event. It is open to the public.
The breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. and should be over by 9 a.m. The cost is $15 for Chamber members and $20 for non-members. RSVP required by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 1.
