Habersham Central freshman Smith Caudell and Tallulah Falls School sophomores Brinson Hall and Maggie Jackson are among the nine finalists for BLITZ Boys and Girls Golfer of the Year Awards.
The three were chosen from among 40 nominees spanning eleven schools in Northeast Georgia. Nominations were based on the top performers at area and state for local squads.
Caudell was also named BLITZ Player of the Week picking up 5,011 votes in this week’s BLITZ online poll.

Overall winners will be selected from among the finalists by an internal BLITZ voting panel that will vote Heisman-style to determine the Golfer of the Year.
