CLEVELAND, Ga. — The City of Cleveland has postponed utility work that was expected to close Campbell Street this week. The project, originally planned for Tuesday, Oct. 28, is now scheduled for Monday, Nov. 3.
According to City Manager Kevin Harris, crews will perform sewer and stormwater line improvements at the old Talon Zipper Factory entrance. To allow for the work, Campbell Street will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 3.
A detour route will be available via Hood Street. City officials encourage drivers to plan ahead and use caution when traveling through the area.
