A Boil Water Advisory issued earlier this week for Clarkesville water customers in the area of East Water Street has been lifted.
The advisory was issued March 14 after contractors hit a water line. As a precaution, customers who experienced low water pressure were urged to boil their water before consuming it.
Water samples were tested for possible contamination.
Customers in the affected area may now resume normal water use.
