The Clarkesville Water Department has lifted its Boil Water Advisory for customers in the area of Bill Ramsey Road, Trotter Road, and Alec Mountain Road.
The city issued the advisory Friday as a precaution against possible contamination after a water main broke off Ramsey Road. The line was repaired Saturday.
Customers in the affected areas may now resume normal water consumption.
