Betty Jo Payne Zinke, age 88, of Cornelia, Georgia, went to be with the Lord and completed the family circle on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
Mrs. Zinke was born on August 4, 1934, in Cornelia, Georgia, to the late Berkley and Vira Payne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by sisters: Edna McAllister and Alma Groom; brothers: Eddie Podmanicky, William Payne, and Howard Payne.
Mrs. Zinke was a retired health food sales representative.
Survivors include son, Robin Gilbert Zinke, South Fork, Florida; three grandchildren: Autumn, Christopher, and Rebecca; local nephew, Rev. Raymond Payne; and also, Ray, Mike, Sandra Groom, and Kathy Mangano.
No formal services are planned.
