BALDWIN, Ga. — Two family pets died in a house fire Sunday afternoon in Banks County, according to Fire Chief Steve Nichols. The Banks County Fire Department responded to the blaze at a home in the Apple Pie Ridge subdivision around 2:20 p.m.
“The house is a total loss,” says Nichols. “We were able to prevent it from spreading to other homes in the neighborhood.”
