The application for the variance requests an additional 10-unit apartment building to be added to the complex. Currently, the apartment complex has 44 units in four buildings. The units are mixed with one bedroom and one bathroom and two bedrooms with one bathroom.

According to the application, the new building would have ten units with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. According to the owner, this new addition would better serve the current market. In addition to the new building, the owner will add a minimum of 15 new parking spaces to accommodate the tenants of the new building.

The location of the new building would replace the current management office that is not in use. The complex is managed by a company that is off-site and does not use that building for management purposes.
