It’s almost time to hit pick up your gloves, shovel and promote a cleaner, greener Baldwin. This year, Baldwin Clean-up Day is celebrating the 25th anniversary of keeping Baldwin “peachy clean.”
Volunteers will gather at the Baldwin Farmers’ Market at 110 Airport Road at 9 a.m. on April 20 to get started. Those who RSVP will receive a free T-shirt and Chick-fil-A lunch.
The cit hosts Baldwin Clean-up Day each year. The day originally started with the State of Georgia’s “Let’s Keep Georgia Peachy Clean” initiative and has developed into an annual event designated as a commitment to beautifying the city.
The City of Baldwin Events Committee hopes you will join in on one of the most impactful events of 2024.
“This longstanding event encourages all of us to take pride in our city by maintaining the very streets we call home,” said Baldwin Chief Administrative Officer Emily Woodmaster. “We invite you to join us in a morning of service to our community.”
Please RSVP to Baldwin City Hall by calling 706-778-6341 or emailing [email protected]. If you are to RSVP by email, please include t-shirt sizes.
