(Cleveland)- A 27-year old Cleveland man has been indicted by a White County Grand Jury on Malice and Felony Murder charges in connection with the death of 66-year old Cleveland man, Wayne Alexander, on August 10th this year.
The grand jury meeting on Monday returned the true bill of indictment against Fredreck William Sauder. In addition to the murder Sauder was also indicted on aggravated assault, burglary in the first degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
White County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Bob Ingram said at the time Sauder was arrested on August 17th, that Alexander was “shot and killed in his residence on Sam Craven Road.”
Another White County man, 28-year old Justin Edward Davis was indicted by the grand jury in connection with the same incident. Davis was charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, burglary in the 1st degree and possession of a firearm by convicted felon, the grand jury this week returned indictments on all those charges.
