An Alto man was arrested on child molestation charges early last week.
A report by the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office states deputies responded to a residence in Clarkesville Sunday, Oct. 20, after a call of a possible sexual abuse incident with a minor.
The officer made contact with two females before he entered the home and interviewed Keenan Kereem Stover, 46, of Alto. The report indicates Stover had stayed in the home where the alleged incident occurred, though the timeframe is unclear.
After an investigation, Stover was transported to the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office to be interviewed. He was later arrested and charged with two counts of child molestation.
