Alice Kay Templeton, age 59 of Demorest, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
Born in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 17, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Bob Lee Templeton and Betty Louise Greemon Templeton. Ms. Templeton was a special needs para-pro with Fairview Elementary. She was a care giver for most of her life and loved butterflies, dragon flies and gardening. Ms. Templeton loved people especially her family.
Surviving are her son and fiancé, Kye Kirby (Karaline) of Demorest; son, Trevor Kirby of Demorest; sisters and brother-in-law, Norma Maxwell (Max) of Toccoa, Trudy Nicol all of Toccoa; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3 pm, Sunday, September 12, 2021 in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery in Baldwin.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service hour on Sunday at the funeral home.
