A three vehicle accident slowed traffic during Tuesday morning’s rush hour at the intersection of GA 365 and GA 17 at the Tommy Irvin interchange. According to Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore, the accident occurred at 7:45 a.m.
Habersham County E-911 dispatched Habersham County Emergency Services to the wreck with an unknown number of injuries. According to Moore, emergency responders obtained two patient refusals from those involved in the accident.
The accident scene was cleared at 8:45 a.m. Georgia State Patrol (GSP) is investigating the accident. Now Habersham has requested further information from GSP.
