Herman and Lisa Nicholson of Clarkesville are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, LeAnne Elizabeth to Eric James Challenger, son of Steve and Cathy Terry of Seneca, South Carolina.
LeAnne is a 2007 graduate of Habersham Central. In 2011, she graduated from Wesleyan College in Macon with a BA in Music-Vocal Performance and Minor in Theatre. In 2013 she received her Masters in Music and is currently employed at Faith Christian Academy as their Music and Theatre teacher.
Eric is a 2008 graduate of Seneca High School and a graduate of Greenville Technical College with a degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance. He is currently employed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at The Oaks in Baldwin.
LeAnne is the granddaughter of Ed and Judy Nichols, the late Anne Nichols and the late Clyde and Callie Nicholson; all of Clarkesville.
Eric is the grandson of Mrs. Dean Helzer and the late Forrest Helzer and Mrs.Betty Terry all of Seneca, South Carolina.
The couple will be married on June 18, 2016 at 2pm at the Clarkesville First United Methodist Church where they first met. Reception to follow at Nicholson Pavilion, home of Henry and Molly Nicholson.
