(DEMOREST) – PrimeCare, a non-emergent primary care clinic in Demorest, has changed its hours of operation and is now open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed for lunch from 1 -2 p.m.
PrimeCare treats adults and children with minor illnesses and injuries and provides sports physicals and occupational health services, including DOT exams, drug screenings, pre-employment physicals and workers’ compensation.

Located inside Habersham Medical Center at 541 Historic Highway 441 in Demorest, PrimeCare accepts most private health insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid and self-pay patients. Walk-ins are welcome or for an appointment call (706) 754-2273.
