A Cornelia man is scheduled to be arraigned in August after being indicted on several counts of child sexual abuse. A press release from the District Attorney’s Office says 64-year old Anthony Garrison Nations was indicted Tuesday on charges of aggravated sodomy, incest and child molestation.
Jurors indicted Nations during a special session of the Grand Jury. He was among six defendants indicted in six cases. Other indictments include:
56-year old Tommy Savage of Cornelia: Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault (4 counts), Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony (4 counts).

17-year old Tavaccea Davis of Cornelia: Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault (3 counts), Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony (Armed Robbery), Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony (3 counts), Burglary and Criminal Trespass.

18-year old Robin Lee Evely of Cornelia: Burglary and Criminal Trespass.
29-year old Joey Melissa Miller of Cornelia: Serious Injury by Vehicle; Driving Under the Influence (Drugs); Theft by Taking, Failure to Maintain Lane
63-year old William Donald Cotton of Cornelia: Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm During Commision of a Felony (2 counts), Possession of Illegal Weapon, Criminal Use of Article With Altered Identification Mark, Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Improper Tires.
The indicted cases are scheduled to be arraigned in Habersham Superior Court on August 3.
