The Habersham Little League Association will host the 3rd Annual Austin Sprayberry Day on Saturday, April 23.
This family-oriented fundraising event is in memory of a great athlete from our community who lost his battle with leukemia. The event is open to the public and kicks off with a celebration ceremony at 10 AM at the Diamond Memorial Fields Complex in Clarkesville, GA.
In addition to little league games played throughout the day, there will be face painting, children’s games, and a silent auction. A raffle for a Roadie Yeti Cooler and a Mini-Max Big Green Egg will take place. Tickets for the raffle are just $10. The community can pre-purchase a raffle ticket from Southern Bank and Trust, Habersham Electric Membership Corporation (HEMC), and the Habersham County Little League. Proceeds from the event benefit Camp Sunshine and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
