The search continues for the suspect who robbed Traditions Bank in Cornelia on Tuesday. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the suspect, clothed in camo and wearing a Spider-Man mask, entered the bank around 12:30 p.m. December 22nd “holding a device, threatening he had a bomb.”
The suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured in the robbery.
Authorities are investigating a possible link between the Cornelia robbery and another one that took place in Gwinnett County on November 16.

Meanwhile, the GBI is asking for the public’s help to identify the Traditions Bank robber.
The suspect is described as having a medium complexion, approximately 5’7″ – 6’0″ tall, with a slender build, wearing dark pants and a camouflage hoodie at the time of the robbery. Authorities say the suspect was driving a dark, four door, hatchback, subcompact car, similar to a Nissan Versa or Chevrolet Spark.
