
The City of Baldwin has called a special meeting for Tuesday night, Aug. 26. The meeting will go into executive session to discuss personnel matters.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. immediately following the city’s Comprehensive Plan Meeting which begins at 6 p.m.
While details about the called meeting have not been publicly revealed, sources tell Now Habersham it will center around the employment of Chief Administrative Officer Emily Woodmaster.
Prior to that closed door discussion, members of the public will have an opportunity to weigh in on the city’s future. The Comprehensive Plan Committee will accept feedback from residents, business owners, and other city stakeholders on creating the city’s road map for the next five to ten years.
Both meetings will be held in the Baldwin Municipal Courtroom at 155 Willingham Avenue.
