
A recent drug bust in Hart County on Friday led to the arrest of a Royston man and the seizure of a significant quantity of illegal narcotics, according to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies executed the search warrant at a residence located at 551 Goldmine Holly Springs Road on Friday, April 25. During the search, deputies allegedly confiscated more than 13 ounces of methamphetamine, as well as various pills and other related items.
Following the investigation, Jack Gerado Harper, 39, of Royston, was taken into custody. He has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule I narcotic.
The case remains under investigation.
