Ash and Spurlock win in Helen
There were five people who were seeking two open positions on the Helen City Commission in Tuesday’s municipal election, the two candidates receiving the most votes and seats on the commission bard were; Jeff Ash 99 votes, Cinnamon Spurlock with 95 votes.
The other candidates and their vote count; Ronnie Helton 36, incumbent Donna K. Burk 35 and Lee Landress received 22 votes .
