Ernest Daniel “Danny” Porterfield, age 59, of Cornelia, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024.
Born on September 16, 1965, he was a son of the late Ernest Russell Porterfield and Janet Brock Porterfield Chastain Robinson. Mr. Porterfield was a Madison County High School Graduate. Danny worked as a roofer for many years with Mountain Man Roofing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie Porterfield, Ray Porterfield, Doug Porterfield; a sister Cindy Johnson.
Survivors include his sisters, Pamela Anderson of Cornelia, Betty Jean Seabolt of Clarkesville, Brenda Kay Lomax of Cornelia, Diane Whitley of Jefferson, and Sherry Ramshaw of Buckhead.
