Two Charged After Shots Fired At Walmart in Cleveland

(Cleveland)- Two people from Cleveland have been charged in connection with an incident where shots were fired at Walmart just after midnight Friday morning. Cleveland police chief John Foster said in an email it was a domestic type incident.

Chief Foster said 23-year old Jeremiah Vanderhorst and 36-year old Misty Vanderhorst, both from Jamestown Drive in Cleveland, have been charged. Jeremiah Vanderhorst is charged with criminal trespass and carrying a concealed weapon without a license. Misty Vanderhorst is charged with reckless conduct for discharging a firearm in public and criminal damage to property.

Foster said both subjects had been drinking and were armed and that Misty Vanderhorst fired a weapon hitting an employee’s vehicle and Jeremiah’s vehicle.

Foster advised that there were no serious injuries from the incident.
