No Serious Injuries After Car Crashes Into Motorcycle

(Cleveland)- A motorcycle operator escaped serious injury when he was stuck from behind by a car on the Helen Highway, north of Cleveland Friday morning. The accident reported around 11 am was at the intersection of Helen Highway and Hulsey Road.

It is believed that the male driver of the motorcycle, who was traveling north on Highway 75, had stopped at the traffic light at the intersection, when the female driver of the car ran into the rear of the motorcycle.

The motorcycle operator was checked out by medical personnel on scene and was ok, he was walking around prior to emergency personnel arriving on scene.

The impact of the car pushed the motorcycle through the intersection.

The accident was investigated by White County Sheriff’s office.
