Henderson, Penland lead TFS in opening XC meet

Cross country is off and running with the 2024 season. The varsity and MS teams both competed Saturday morning in the Northeast Georgia Championships at Athens Christian.

The varsity girls raced three, led by Olivia Henderson’s 7th-place finish. Teagan Penland led the Indians, who finished 8th. The sophomore ran to a 15th-place individual finish.
