White County employees had access to resources to help them prioritize their health at the annual Wellness Fair March 13-14.

The fair, funded in part by wellness funds from Cigna, allowed employees the opportunity to meet with representatives from different health care providers, including MSI Benefits Group, Cigna Insurance, One Source EAP, and MetLife.

Attendees had the chance to learn about the different services provided by those providers and make informed decisions about their health. The fair also offered biometric screenings that provided instant results and an opportunity for employees to discuss their results with a health coach.

“The Wellness Fair helps the employees of White County realize health concerns, and many of those can be treated and managed when caught early,” said White County Human Resources Director Krystal Talley. “Over the years, we’ve seen several employees express gratitude for catching these issues early.”

The Wellness Fair is an annual event that promotes employee health and well-being. This year’s event was successful in attracting 187 employees and their spouses.
