In Georgia’s presidential primary, voters may vote in either the Republican or Democratic primary but not both. Here is a sample ballot for the Republican presidential primary and a sample ballot for the Democratic presidential primary.
During early voting, polls are typically open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Exact hours may vary.
Find available early voting locations by visiting the Secretary of State’s website and selecting your county of residence from the list.
Early voting will continue in Georgia until March 8. There is no voting from March 9 to March 11. On election day for the presidential primary, March 12, voters must go to their assigned local polling location, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Please note: Georgia’s general primary (separate from the March 12 presidential primary) is scheduled for May 21, 2024. The general election will be held on Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024.
