The Wendy’s fast food restaurant in Cleveland was forced to close following a fire call at the business early Wednesday.

Cleveland Fire Chief Ricky Pruitt says firefighters were called to a commercial fire at the Wendy’s on South Main Street at 6:05 a.m. on Nov. 1. The Cleveland Fire Department responded with assistance from White County Fire Services and the Helen Fire Department.

When Cleveland units arrived, they discovered a fire in a breaker box and a temperature sensor. They quickly extinguished the fire and canceled all other responding units, says Pruitt.

Chief Pruitt says the business is closed until needed repairs are made.
