The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting.
Timothy Quest Loggins, 44, of Gainesville, was shot and killed Thursday night during an argument at a residence in North Hall County.
The incident occurred at a home in the 5000 block of Sullens Road. The shooter was at the scene when deputies arrived just after 11:15 p.m. on June 22. A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office says that person is cooperating with the investigation.
No other details have been released.
