A Flowery Branch man awaiting trial in Hall County Superior Court for the sexual assault of one young girl is now accused of molesting a second juvenile victim.
James Kenneth Evans, 34, was arrested on April 17, 2021, for crimes committed against the first victim. Evans faces charges of child molestation, rape, and sexual battery with a child under age 16 in that case. The alleged crimes occurred in 2017 and 2020, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).

In the latest case, Evans is accused of ongoing sexual assaults on a girl under the age of 10. The reported crimes occurred between January 2014 and December 2015.
Evans has been charged with aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, rape, and incest, all felony crimes. The second victim disclosed the crimes last month, says HCSO Public Information Officer B.J. Williams.
Evans was charged with the latest offenses on Monday, June 19. He remains in the Hall County Jail.
