Northeast Georgia drug agents seized tens of thousands of dollars worth of fentanyl and arrested a Gainesville man in recent drug bust in Hall County.
Agents charged Torrance Nicely, 34, with trafficking fentanyl and sale of heroin.
During the arrest on October 26, agents say they seized approximately 13 ounces of fentanyl. The drugs have an estimated street value of $32,500.
The Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, Hall County Sheriff’s Office, DEA Atlanta – HIDTA, Georgia State Patrol, and Georgia National Guard Counterdrug Task Force investigated the case.
The case remains under investigation.
