Meet Lynn

After forty-three years as an Interior Designer in Atlanta, Georgia, Lynn Gendusa put away the tape measure and picked up a pen.

She began writing weekly columns for her adopted hometown newspaper, The LaGrange Daily News, in 2015.  Her words about home, life, faith, family, and struggles quickly spread.

Lynn became a weekly columnist for the Time Journal News in Georgia, including Rome News-Tribune, Marietta Daily Journal, and other Georgia publications. She is also a weekly columnist for the Neighborhood News, and her work appears in different venues across America, as well as on MSN.com.

She is regularly featured in the USA Today Networks around the country, including, The Tennessean, which is especially close to her heart,  and other USA Today newspapers around the country. In addition, her stories appear in senior magazines across the US as well as in Guideposts.

Her first book, “It’s All Write with Me!” Essays from my heart, written in 2018, was published in 2018 and was well received. Lynn’s latest book is “Southern Comfort: Stories of Family, Friendship, Fiery Trials, and Faith.”

She continues to write weekly columns to inspire folks never to give up, never give in — to unite, love, appreciate each other and God.

Lynn currently resides in Roswell, Georgia, with her husband, David.  She is the mother of three grown children, two stepchildren, and grandmother to four.
